Shipping Policy

OutLash Extensions Pro processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and all Canadian and US stat holidays will be processed the following business day.

Canadian Shipping

All Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post. Delivery times and prices depend on location and weight. Shipping rates calculated at checkout. 

Lost Orders

OutLash Extensions Pro is not responsible for any customs charges or fees incurred upon the arrival of your package. Once the package has left our facility import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” and prices cannot be altered on packing slips.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees or any other charges that might be incurred by international shopping please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

Should you refuse to pay custom fees or other charges upon delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of their order to declare their package lost in order to receive any kind of compensation.

Order Tracking

OutLash Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your packages and be as available as possible when your order is meant to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation you can track your order through Canada Post. Please ensure you are checking your community mailboxes. 

Product Availability

In the unlikely event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the remaining items in your order. You will receive a call or email indicating that one or more items are out of stock and you will receive a full refund for those out of stock items.
