RETURN POLICY
OutLash Extensions Pro must be notified within 30 days of your order date if you are not fully satisfied with a product, by emailing hello@outlashextensionspro.com. Should there be quality concerns or should you have received a defective product, please return your items within 30 days of delivery date to receive a refund or exchange. You are responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Costs incurred for shipping back defective items will be refunded to you. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returns outside defective reasons.

Please be advised due to sanitation & health regulations OutLash cannot accept returns on any opened packaging. Tweezers are final sale unless there is a manufacturer defect.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
A placed order is eligible for cancelation without penalty if it has not been packaged. Once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped – Returns process must be completed.

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of the product if you have received incorrect product or are missing product in your order.

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE
OutLash Extensions must be notified by email (hello@outlashextensionspro.com) within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise for an exchange.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. You are responsible for shipping fees. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.

Orders over 30 days old are non-returnable or refundable.
